The renaissance of EEG by Dr Grainne McLoughlin

About the speaker
Dr Grainne McLoughlin received her PhD training and initial postdoctoral fellowship in quantitative genetics and EEG at the Social, Developmental and Genetic Psychiatry Centre. Her further postdoctoral training in computational neuroscience took place at the Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience at the University of California San Diego and the Department of Psychiatry, University of California San Diego. Dr. McLoughlin has a faculty position at King’s College London since 2013 and was promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2017. Her main research interests include investigation of abnormal brain function in multiple psychiatric disorders, with a particular interest in Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorders using mobile EEG.
